Mentorship

The C-SALT 3-month Mentorship Program equips students with the soft & hard skills required for the working world. We are providing working experience and individualized life coaching throughout.

The Holy Grind Cafe

Our programme immerses students in real-world experiences by having them manage a coffee shop. Each student rotates through roles, developing leadership, teamwork, inventory management, and customer service skills.

Beyond the coffee shop, students engage in diverse challenges and projects, fostering growth and exposing them to various career possibilities. This approach encourages them to discover their passions and pursue related learning opportunities.

We provide a range of workshops, both planned and spontaneous, to stimulate thought and learning based on students’ needs.

Individual coaching sessions with a life coach support each student’s personal and professional development, offering motivation and guidance tailored to their unique growth journey.
