1. Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of our products (e-books and courses delivered
electronically), we generally do not accept returns. However, we understand
that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are here to work with you
to find a solution. If you believe your situation warrants a return, please
contact our customer service team within 24 hours of your purchase for
assistance.

2. Refunds Policy

a) E-Books: Once an e-book has been purchased and downloaded,
refunds are generally not provided. We encourage customers to
carefully review the product description and any available previews
before making a purchase. If you encounter any issues with your e-

b) Courses: Refunds for courses wiil be considered on a case-by-case
basis. If you are dissatisfied with your course purchase or encounter
any issues accessing the content , please contact our customer service
team within 2 days of your purchase for assistance. Refunds may be
granted at our discretion.

3. Defective or incorrect products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect e-book or course, please contact our
customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work quickly to
resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund if necessary.
